Tammy Evans

Tammy graduated in Law at Birmingham University in 1999. She trained at Olswang and qualified into their commercial dispute resolution department where she worked for five years before joining Cumberland Ellis in 2008. Tammy was made an Associate in August 2009.
Tammy has a wide experience of national, international and multi jurisdictional litigation and all forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Tammy advises and represents clients in a variety of industries ranging from advertising to finance. Her experience includes contractual disputes, banking disputes, claims for urgent injunctions, disputes between shareholders, trusts, debt recovery, fraud and insolvency.
