We recognise our corporate responsibilities towards the environment, our clients, staff and the wider community.
Environment
We commit to minimizing our impact on the environment by:
- reducing the consumption of materials, the production of waste and recycling wherever we can
- making efficient use of energy and natural resources
- encouraging the use of public transport
- using technology to lessen our impact on the environment. We encourage the use of email and scanning of documents to minimize paper use where practicable to do so
People
We are committed to:
- embracing diversity by not discriminating on the grounds of age, disability, gender, race, religion or belief, or sexual orientation
- behaving towards our clients and referrers as we want them to behave towards us
- operating a transparent complaints policy by positively inviting feedback to enable us to monitor and improve the quality of service we provide
Community
We are proud to have our base in central London. We support London and our community in many ways:
- we encourage our people to take up trustee or board positions with charities and organizations, giving time and knowledge on a pro bono basis amounting to many hundreds of hours a year. From local schools to family counselling, you will find us contributing our skills free of charge.
- we make our premises available to charities for meetings and actively help raise funds for further good work and support charitable organisations, whether clients or otherwise.
